If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page for post and blog submitters, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register to post comments on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Optional information you choose for display on your public profile pages or the products purchased includes Company Name, address, phone, website, public bitcoin, and altcoin addresses which member receives their cryptocurrency payments to, including QR code images so they may receive payments. The public key to receive (USDC) affiliate commission. We hold no private keys to any users’ cryptocurrency wallets or accounts.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

These are processed by third-party card processing institutions PayPal or Authorize.net which maintain maximum PCI compliance for your security. In the case of payment by cryptocurrency, we have no access to users’ private keys.

We employ various confidential in-house and third-party services where necessary to prevent spam, robot defenses, Two Factor Authentication (2FA), penetration detection, and other means, subject to different areas of our site and servers. Holograms may be used on our physical products to assure authenticity, deter counterfeits, fraud, and unauthorized copying. Such services may be modified from time-to-time as needed without notice.

Gary Lang Co. is a sole-proprietorship engaged in the sales of physical products to consumers through the website cryptomaku.com to facilitate users’ acceptance of cryptocurrency payments. We collect Sales and Use tax remitted to the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration on those product sales within the state of California, counties, and districts in which we are engaged in business. We are not affiliated with any Federal Regulatory agency related to administering and regulating financial products or services.
We do not engage in the purchase, sale, or exchange of any financial product or service. We neither hold nor process funds on behalf of users of our products. When a consumer receives payments to their cryptocurrency account, they are personally responsible for the security of their funds received and understanding the risks associated with ownership of cryptocurrency funds. Secure off-line storage products are available from third parties, which are available on our Resources page. The security of those products are supported by their respective manufacturers and the users’ proper use thereof.
The values of most cryptocurrencies are highly volatile and subject to extreme swings in exchange value compared to fiat currency. (USD, EURO, YEN, etc.) Our company offers NO INVESTMENT ADVICE on whether to buy, sell, trade or hold any cryptocurrency, or other financial products. Some cryptocurrencies are designed to be stable concerning their pegged fiat currency, such as USD Coin (USDC), and Dai (DAI) however no government agency backs or guarantees the value of such assets.
All exchange services that we may provide links to must employ their own KYC/AML procedures. Know Your Customer, and Anti-Money Laundering are important security safeguards for all consumers. Know that all exchanges may be subject to hacking of funds. We do not recommend keeping large amounts of personal assets on any exchange and recommend the use of Hard Wallets for Cold Storage of your assets.
We have no access to users’ crypto transactions using the products we sell. We are unable to interfere or track such transactions. These are available on their respective block-chains with the users’ transaction number.
If we are served any legally documented process in relation with any specific user, using our products in illegal or regulated transactions, such as transmitting funds to embargoed countries, sales of illegal drugs, weapons, sex trafficking, etc., we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the members account preventing future product purchases, online links, and affiliate commissions. We cannot stop or restrict actual transactions originated using any physical product we delivered.
